| Summary: | This part is for our own product range and the reason we decided to feature it is because it has 3 different sets of inserts that we can change on the press so we have no down time. It means basically that 1 part can make an addational 2 varients. It created a tricky tool but saved £000's in addational tools. It's made from all the usual hard wearing alloys and will outlive anyone reading this. Click on the video and watch the mouldflow go to work. We were impressed how flat this part was. Gate this in the middle and we could have had all kinds of problems. Like most things in life its all about the 5P's. |
