Plastic (Injection) Mould Toolmaking

Traditional toolmaking skills coupled with investment in plant, personnel and training enable P & R to compete at the highest levels. P&R have been Toolmaking and indeed Injection Mould Toolmaking for over 25 years. Literally what we don't know about Injection mould tool design is not worth knowing. That may sound arrogant but  we believe we lead the way in Toolmaking technology offering our customers outstanding value for money yet providing high quality toolmaking backed with upto a 10 year warranty.

Some 60 injection mould tools leave P&R's in house tool room every year. Injection Mould Toolmakers now need to invest heavily in new plant and equipment to compete with Asia and this is evident here at P&R. It is often described as the heart of our business.  

P & R's in house tool room is dedicated to the production of moulds for P & R production, little sub –contract tool making is undertaken. To have such a large modern and dedicated department is a huge advantage by saving time in tool completion, fine tuning, and resampling thus improving production lead time and efficiencies.
