As Injection Moulders we believe year on year investment has resulted in a highly efficient modern Injection Mould facility. Indeed P & R believe it is the standard against which other Injection Moulders are measured. The partnership between P & R and Krauss Maffei (one of the biggest names in Plastic Processing technology) ensures that P & R remain at the forefront of technology and remain the byword for excellence in everything we do.

The production floor is separated into production cells. Each cell is responsible for its own production plan, raw materials, sampling, cell members and quality and inspection. The benefits of cell manufacturing have been enormous, customer lead times have been dramatically reduced, and customer issues have dropped to a record low.
