Adding to our developing range of desert pots with a 60ml dark chocolate souffle’ destined for supermarket shelves nationwide. After a very short period of just 6 weeks in the Toolroom the 8-cavity tool will produce many millions of parts in the coming years and represents a substantial investment from our customer. Shrouds tips and cores are made from stavax stainless steel and the stripper plate from H13 tough ride. Dies are also H13. The tool will outlast its design life and then some.
A Mercedes Sprinter van and Renault 7.5 tonne truck were added to our fleet of delivery vehicles recently. Aimed at servicing both large and not so large shipments combined they provide our transport department with the flexibility that is often required by the customer. Continue reading
We were all mightily proud to achieve the BRC accreditation at our first attempt recently. It stands for British Retail Council and qualifies P&R to produce injection moulded parts and packaging for the food industry. Continue reading
